Mike Moore

I'm a Staff/Principal-level engineering leader with 20+ years building and fixing production systems, everything from greenfield architecture to infrastructure that's actively on fire. I've worked the whole range, writing code as an individual contributor up through CTO-level strategy, and I care more about good architecture and engineering practice spreading across a team than about how many people report to me. Most recently, I helped lead an engineering org through adopting AI-assisted and agentic development, while still being one of the highest-volume hands-on contributors on the team.
